Trellech Common closure
Natural Resources Wales are closing a large part of Trellech Common until 2nd May 2023 “for the purposes of harvesting timber and avoiding danger to the public”. They add that “the use of public rights of way is unaffected by this exclusion”.
However, MCC has asked the contractor to close them by Road Traffic Act Order and this appears to trump the usual policy of keeping public rights of way open.
