Electric 65 bus trial ends Friday March 4th

You may have spotted that there is currently a trial with a demonstrator electric bus on the 65 bus route.  The trial is scheduled to run until the end of this week - Friday 4th March.

The electric bus is operating the 08.45 and 11.15 services from Chepstow and the 10.30 and 12.30 services from Monmouth.  MCC are keen for passengers to try the bus and let them have their  feedback on their experience.  The chance to have an electric bus in regular operation on the 65 is an exciting opportunity, as long as it meets the needs of passengers who use the service, so the trial is a very positive step.
