Annexe site is down

The part of the Penallt website which contains pages about Village History, archived news and weather information is hosted separately from the main site, the reason why its look and feel is different. However, technical reasons mean that the “annexe” can no longer be hosted as before and it went offline in mid December. It may take some time before it can be restored to full working order as this needs a full overhaul of the content and structure.

We have found a temporary solution and have managed to make a good deal of the annexe available online again. However, most images (apart from weather charts) are not displayed and Search doesn’t work, but all of the original text should still be there.

At present, there is only one way to access the temporary annexe - click the “WEATHER” link in the top menu bar to go to the “Current Data” annexe page. The rest of the annexe pages can be accessed from there in the usual way.
