Pelham Hall Bar Rota The rota details the forthcoming Hall Events and the volunteers who have “offered” to staff the bar.The Key Holder column indicates the Events Representative who is responsible for unlocking the bar, locking up and for cashing up any non-card takings.The bar team should also ensure the Hall Closure Checklist is actioned - this is ensuring exit doors closed, electrical appliances off, etc. The checklist is on display in the bar area.Please ensure area is left clean and tidy, the floor is clean and that rubbish is moved to metal bin outsideIn the event of a fire please follow the Emergency Action Plan - detail here, please familiarise yourself with the required actions. If for any reason you find you cannot attend then please ensure a suitable substitute takes your place for the event.
